I had a small issue with my pillow cover after using it for a while, so I emailed Lincove about the warranty. i was expecting it to be more like... you know, one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, but it wasn’t. They got back to me quickly, asked for a few details, and once I sent everything over, they took care of it. Really happy with how simple the whole thing was.

The exchange went fine overall, but it was slower than I expected. To be fair, I was probably a little impatient because I needed the item quickly, but I do wish the process had moved along faster.

I was a little unsure at first, so I looked around to see what other people were saying, and it seemed like a lot of folks had a decent experience. So far, it feels legit to me too, no issues yet.

I picked up a lincove pillow because I’m a hot sleeper and wanted something that wouldn’t hold onto heat so much. So far it’s been nice — definitely cooler than my old pillow, and I’m not waking up all night just to flip it over.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that on really warm nights it can still get a little toasty, but it’s not too bad. Overall I’m happy with it, and my sleep has been better.

Checkout was quick and, everything went smoothly. No problems at all... just a simple, easy order.

I ended up returning a pillow from Lincove because it just was not the right fit for me. Nothing was wrong with it really it just did not work for how I sleep.

The return process was straightforward. I filled out the request and they sent the instructions by email. It did take a day or two to hear back so it was not instant.

Once they received the pillow the refund came through like they said it would. I would have given 5 stars if it was a little faster but overall it was fine...

As someone who can get a little particular about bedding, I appreciated that Lincove.com was straightforward to use. I was able to browse around and find the info I needed without digging too much. The pages loaded smoothly, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything. I did spend a few minutes comparing options, and I think better filters would make that part easier, but overall it was a good experience

The firmness choices were okay, but not really perfect for me. I also got some inconsistent answers when I asked about the options, which made it a little frustrating to figure out what would actually work best.

I’ve been using this bedding for a few weeks now and it feels really nice. The stitching seems sturdy and it hasn’t started getting weirdly flat or lumpy. I did knock off a star because the price feels a bit high, but overall the quality is definitely there

I bought this hoping it would help with my neck pain, but it really didn’t make much of a difference for me. It felt soft and comfortable at first, but after a few nights I was still waking up with a stiff neck, so I decided not to keep pushing it and went back to a pillow I know doesn’t aggravate things.
Shipping was fine and the pillow itself seems decent quality, so I don’t think it’s a bad product overall. It just wasn’t worth the price for my situation, and I’d rather be cautious when it comes to neck pain. Maybe it works better for others, but I expected more.

I’ve been sleeping a lot better since I started using this. It’s soft without feeling too squishy, and still gives good support. I’m not waking up as much during the night either, which is a big win!! Such a simple upgrade, but it made my bed feel way nicer.

I got my Lincove order the fabric feels really nice, soft, smooth, and not scratchy at all. It’s been comfortable to sleep on and feels like good quality overall. I’m taking off one star because I was expecting it to be a little thicker, but I also might’ve ordered at a weird time when I was specifically looking for something more substantial, so that’s partly on the timing.

Support did help me out and the person I talked to was nice, it just took a little longer than I expected so I was kind of waiting around for a bit but in the end they got it sorted and everything was fine.

I got this Lincove pillow because my neck was basically acting like I had been sleeping on a pile of bricks, and I was desperate for anything that might help. After a few nights, it did start feeling comfortable, and I’m waking up less stiff, which felt like a tiny miracle the first morning it happened.

That said, it didn’t completely transform my life or turn me into some perfectly rested sleep goddess. I still toss around some nights, and the price made me stare at my cart like it had personally offended me. Overall, it’s a decent pillow and it helped a bit, just not the mind-blowing sleep revolution I was hoping for

I really like how soft and warm the down fill feels — it definitely doesn’t feel flat or cheap. It’s almost perfect, but after washing it, one corner clumped up a bit and I haven’t fully gotten it back to normal. Has anyone else had the same issue after washing?

My order did show up in the end, but it arrived later than the date they originally gave me. The tracking wasn’t super clear either, so you’re kind of left wondering what’s going on. The product itself was totally fine, I just wish the delivery had been a bit more reliable...

I’m glad I bought from here. I like that they seem thoughtful about where they source from, and the sheets are really comfy. The only downside was more about bad timing on my part than anything else, I ordered right when I needed them fast, so I was probably a little impatient. Overall, happy with the purchase

When the box showed up, it was crushed, and the pillow inside didn’t look like it had been packed with much care. I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or before, but something just felt a little off about the whole packaging situation.

I ordered my usual size and overall it fits well. The sleeves felt a bit snug when I first put it on, but they loosened up a little after wearing it for a while. The length is good and it looks nice on, so I’m happy with it. Based on this one, I’d say the sizing might run just a touch small if you like a roomier fit. Giving it 4 stars because I wish it had a tiny bit more space.
